The guiding star is not a slogan primarily communicated to customers, but it shows the value and benefits the company creates and why we exist. It is the driving force behind us doing our very best on a gloomy November day, just as we did the day before and the day after.
Brookhaven’s guiding star, strategic cornerstones, and values should permeate the company’s daily actions and must be experienced outwardly in customer interactions, recruitment, and marketing, in order to have credibility. Every employee should be able to find support for their decisions and actions based on them. We all have a high degree of freedom to act within these values, but they form the foundation of all our actions, both internally and externally. We all need to relate to them and what they stand for and at the same time, help others do the same.
